Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Deductions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only allowed for:

- Incorrect items received
- If you need a different product, initiate a return and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- Photos of the item
- Order details
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
